In a bowl, mix the quinoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.<\/p><p>2. In another small bowl, whisk the eggs and mix them with the soy milk and maple syrup.<\/p><p>3. Pour the quinoa mixture into a greased baking dish.<\/p><p>4. Add the diced apples and raisins.<\/p><p>5. Pour the liquid mixture from the second bowl over the quinoa mixture.<\/p><p>6. Gently mix to slightly submerge the apple pieces into the baking dish.<\/p><p>7. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C.<\/p><p>8.
